Our Opening and Your Responsibilities


As our Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for advanced technical level product knowledge to provide strong troubleshooting and repair for the full range of products, including sensors, transmitters, control systems, and monitors. You will conduct root cause analysis to repair products and ensure satisfactory performance. This role is extremely important to maintain customer satisfaction and requires you to take ownership, solve root cause issues, and ensure repair requirements and deliverables are met. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Performing installations, scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs at customer sites. 
  • Providing end-user trainings so operators understand how to use and care for their equipment correctly. 
  • Communicating closely with the service support team and sales to meet customer uptime and response time expectations. 
  • Maintaining company vehicle and assigned parts inventory in a clean, organized, and compliant manner. 
  • Utilizing SAP to document work performed, update service records, and maintain data integrity.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Technical background, which knowledge of sensors and transmitters in the biopharmaceutical industry. 
  • Location in New England or New Jersey is preferred, with the ability to travel 80-100%. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively.
