Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Following daily service visits schedule through careful coordination with their Area Service Leader. Drives to customer sites to provide onsite pipette service according to the service schedule, including use of personal vehicle when needed.While on site at customer facilities, the Field Service Tech provides pipette repair and calibration services.Representing Rainin to customer in a professional and positive manner.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a small team.Completes service reports and expense reports and is responsible for maintaining service equipment and parts inventory. Provides Rainin Sales with customer leads for potential new product purchases.When available, assists in Service Center production activities as assigned by the Area Service Leader.Travel out of local area of up to 50% of the time required to support the business, including overnight travel up to 25% of the time.
