What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Coordinator position at Metzger Property Services?
We are looking for a Customer Service agent to be responsible for in-person and telephone interactions with our clientele. You will be in charge of answering basic client questions, directing calls/visitors to the appropriate team member, coordinating client appointments and facilitating general office responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience in customer service is also helpful.
Responsibilities include: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assisting clients in navigating the auction/real estate sales process. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. Provide excellent customer service. Scheduling appointments.
Requirements include: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Time management skills. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
