Description
The Logistics Support will be responsible for supporting Logistics projects, setting up and administer company vendor accounts. Coordinate with our Director of Cross Dock Operations & our many professional drivers.
Logistics Support duties include but are not limited to:
- Set up and administer company vendor accounts: CLC Lodging Account, Verizon Wireless Account, EFS Account (Fuel Management) & Mobile device account management (Honeywell).
- Support Logistics projects, system setup/implementation, and logistics data administration.
- Communicate with Director of Cross Dock Operations.
- Help solve problems and make informed decisions that affect the service and profitability of logistics operations.
- Verify completeness, formatting, accuracy of all content in the database based on data provided by various resources.
- Adhere to specific quality, timing and other performance metrics.
- Monitor self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
- Checking and respond to daily emails.
- Answers inbound/makes outbound phone calls to drivers.
Schedule for Logistics Support:
- $16.50 per hour
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Requirements for Logistics Support:
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proficient in working with computers, learning new applications, and data entry.
- Possess strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
