Position Summary
The Administrative I is responsible for clerical duties involved with maintaining an efficient office operation. It is a position that provides a wide variety of general support to multiple departments.
Primary Accountabilities
- Managing office communications—fielding organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail
- Maintaining office services, including IT resources and facilities (This includes fielding technical questions and service requests.)
- Collaborating across departments to help plan events and initiatives
- Coordinating travel plans, making itineraries, and completing bookings
- Scheduling and managing calendars
- Maintaining contact lists
- Keeping the office filing system in order
- Representing office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors, consultants, and clients
- Preparing and submitting expense reports
- Tracking and ordering office supplies
- Providing as-needed support to managers, and executives
- Keeping shared office spaces organized
- Handling incoming and outgoing packages and mail
- Assist with external customer service needs.
- Assist with internal customer service needs to ensure smooth processes.
Position Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- 0-3 years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of banking industry
- Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel experience.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experienced as an organized self-starter.
- High School Diploma.
