THE JOB:
As a fine-dining cook, you will use your advanced skills and culinary techniques to set the stage for an excellent guest experience. You'll provide high-quality food to guests in our brand-new seafood-style restaurant, Coraline's. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories that guests will carry far and beyond their stay with us
THE STARTING RATE:$18.15
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards.
- Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas.
- Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of fine dining culinary techniques
- Practice seafood handling skills and shuck oysters as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Is comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques
