THE JOB:
At ARIA, the Director of Room Service leads the vision and strategy for in-room dining, delivering an exceptional guest experience at every level. This role drives operational excellence, inspires team performance, and ensures all efforts align with ARIA's world-class service standards.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the property's vision
Lead budgeting, operations, and marketing strategies for division profitability
Oversee guest service standards to align with company service and brand goals
Guide development and implementation of new products, services, and technology
Lead HR efforts including hiring, training, feedback, recognition, and succession planning
Ensure division accountability and compliance with policies, laws, and labor agreements
Build and maintain guest relations; address requests and ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with Executive Chef to fulfill guest culinary requests
Respond to high-level events and escalate critical issues to VP and Executive Director
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2 Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Director of Room Service
Previous experience working in a room service setting
