THE JOB:
The Talent Management Partner supports operational leaders and the Director of Talent Management in executing the property's talent and human resources initiatives, with a focus on Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, and Culture. This role drives critical organizational performance by partnering on initiatives that enhance Employee Engagement, Guest Service, and overall workplace culture.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Support operational leaders with talent and performance management, focusing on onboarding, leadership capabilities, and succession planning.
Partner with operational leaders on surveys, skip-level meetings, and focus groups to assess organizational health and develop action plans.
Partner with Guest Experience and Brand Marketing on activations to increase Employee Friendliness scores and property experience knowledge.
Partner with HR Director, Learning & Development CoE, and property leadership to implement learning strategies and training plans.
Facilitate the exit interview process, ensuring data integrity, providing analytics, and offering turnover reports with recommendations.
Provide triage support to employees and leaders on miscellaneous matters.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
3 years of prior relevant experience in Human Resources or related field
Previous experience with developing solid working relationships, hospitality, and quality/process improvement preferred
