We are hiring for a full-time Community Property Manager to support a Mobile Home and RV Communities in Sacramento. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, loves to interact with residents, will look for ways to improve the park and the resident experience, and has a passion for learning more about the property management industry.
What you'll do
- Oversee on-site operations of a Mobile Home and RV Community, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
- Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
- Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
- Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
- Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
- Enforce rules & regulations of community
- Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
- Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
- Clean laundry room
- Regular site walks, picking up trash and debris

Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20-23/hour DOE
- 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
