The duties assigned to this position involves close collaboration with leadership to address the division's administrative needs and requires a strong data-driven analytical approach to gathering reports that support informed decision-making. Duties and responsibilities assign to the position include collaborating with division managers on budget-related tasks, serving as the liaison between Procurement and the Budget Office, generating reports and presenting them to leadership to support and encourage data-driven decision making, assisting leadership in developing and managing business plans, scorecards, and strategic initiatives of the division, validating and approving division invoices, acting as the liaison between the division and Finance to research and resolving discrepancies, entering all division requestions for purchase requests, monitoring and tracking personnel mandatory training records, ensuring compliance as well as all division personnel certifications, coordinating audit responses between Procurement and requesting entities, managing the Division's P-CARD usage, including the monthly reconciliation, supervising clerical support staff assign duties as required, ensuring the tracking and monitoring of all job descriptions and interviewing questions for leadership review.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, data and analytics reporting systems and programs are desired.
