Description

  • Assist the PM team with day‑to‑day project coordination and documentation
  • Support scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and change order tracking
  • Partner with Superintendents and field staff to maintain workflow and progress
  • Help manage subcontractors, project budgets, and material procurement
  • Contribute to quality control, safety compliance, and jobsite organization
  • Participate in client meetings, progress reporting, and project closeout
  • Ensure seamless communication between office, field, and external partners

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily should have:

  • 2-5 years of construction project coordination or APM experience
  • Background in multifamily, academic, or healthcare projects preferred
  • Stable work history - we're seeking candidates with strong tenure
  • Local to NH; must be able to work onsite with the project team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a long-term career path
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
