Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare canned contracts for mgmt review.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Provide administrative support, including filing documents and managing office supplies.
- Proofread financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Offer exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with computers and various programs
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and contracts
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with office procedures and filing systems is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
