We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized individual for the position of a Customer Service Representative to join our company located in Livermore, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer, research and route incoming calls (average 80 calls per day), while providing high-level customer care
- Assist with Outbound follow-up courtesy calls as needed
- Aid with the communication of the introduction of incentive programs
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
- Enter and maintain customer information in CRM with a 98% or greater accuracy rating
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone/email etiquette; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service driven with outstanding follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly
- Familiarity with CRM software and experience managing accounts across different time zones
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook programs
- Prior experience working in a high call volume call center environment
- Outbound sales experience a plus
- Knowledge of dental lab or dental products, materials, techniques, and terminology preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
