Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the facility and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, general maintenance
- Conduct repairs on electrical systems and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees
- Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Demonstrate leadership skills when coordinating maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Experience in residential painting, facilities maintenance, and electrical repairs
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a maintenance setting
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
