The Facilities Coordinator assists the Facilities Supervisor, Managers and Director with the overall process and function of the Facilities department. Provides assistance with incoming call log, work order and ticket assignment, and requisitions\ordering. May assist with workload balancing as required.
SHIFT AND SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS • Assists the Facilities Supervisor, Managers and Director with the operations of the department. • Utilizes online maintenance management software to process, document and dispatch maintenance requests. • Processes invoices and requisitions • Orders parts and places service requests to vendors as needed, follows up as required
• Promptly return customer phone and email messages. • Assists in performing secretarial work for the department. • Monitors and addresses alerts on Fire Alarm System, HVAC Control Systems (Metasys and Siemens), and Swisslog Tube Systems. • Supports Facilities Assistant as needed. • Supports timekeeping activities as needed. • Monitors key request status • Supports Facilities Leadership in maintaining regulatory compliance documentation • Assists Facilities leadership in maintaining EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• High school diploma or equivalent requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
