and onboarding top talent. You will coordinate internal activities, manage reporting, and assist

Administrative Support:
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings, prepare agendas, take
meeting minutes, and track follow-up items.
- Sales Report Tracking: Compile and analyze sales reports, manage data entry, and
submit timely updates to leadership.
- Time Clock Approvals: Review employee hours, track attendance, and process
approvals for payroll.
- Client Badging: Coordinate credentialing and badging processes, ensuring compliance
with client-specific requirements.
- Onboarding: Assist with new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling,
document collection, and systems access.
- Office Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as document preparation, file
