Position Summary:

Team Members of the Front of House are responsible for food preparation and kitchen maintenance daily. All team members will be cross-trained and expected to support various stations throughout the shift. Remember, guests come first, so if any team member sees an opportunity to support other areas they are expected to step in and step up to support when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate food service to guests
• Prepare Front/Back of house line for service
• Set up the line for service
• Take orders and facilitate customer purchases
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room area and service line
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, and perform any other tasks required as needed
• Complete appropriate shift duties, including opening, throughout and closing duties depending on shift being worked
• Break down and clean the line at closing
• Ensure high-quality guest service at all times

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift objects up to 50lb during the entirety of their scheduled shift
• Open availability (including night and weekends)
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handler's Certification required
• Open availability including nights and weekends

Shift Duties:

• Complete opening and/or closing duties depending on shift worked
• Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Perform all POS functions, including cash handling, with confidence and accuracy
• Answer guests questions and provide menu assistance to guest as needed
• Communicate openly with team members and Line Leaders
• Restock products and food items as needed
• Prepare food orders and communicate with BOH and Line Leaders as needed
• Complete closing duties including sweeping and mopping.

Note: Job may include additional duties assigned by management.
