About the Role
We are seeking a high-potential Manager-in-Training to join our retail operations team and develop into a Store Manager or Regional Leader within our organization. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn all aspects of store operations, people management, and vendor relations, with a clear path to long-term leadership.
A critical part of this role involves vendor management and communication, therefore fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and execute all core store operations, including sales, inventory, payroll, and customer service
- Support and eventually lead a team of sales associates and supervisors
- Manage day-to-day store performance and sales targets
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Communicate directly with domestic and international vendors in both Arabic and English
- Support purchasing, order tracking, and vendor relationship management
- Analyze sales reports and help implement strategies to improve store performance
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent leadership experience in retail or operations
- Fluent in both Arabic and English — required
- 2–5 years of experience in retail management, operations, or a leadership role preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
- Willingness to grow into a Store Manager or multi-store leadership role
