Founded in 1999, Milestones in Recovery provides residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs for individuals diagnosed with an eating disorder. Both the setting and levels of care are intended to fill a void in the continuum of care, providing an alternative to a hospital-based inpatient facility.
At Milestones, our facility and programs are nationally accredited by the Joint Commission and licensed by the Agency for Healthcare Administration and provide top-quality eating disorder treatment in Florida. We offer both residential and virtual treatments.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Group Facilitator at Milestones in Recovery in Cooper City, FL. The Group Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating 2 group therapy sessions per week.
Qualifications
- Experience in group therapy facilitation and counseling
- Knowledge of substance abuse disorders and mental health treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with diverse populations
- LCSW or LMHC
Salary : $75 - $125
