Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of Milhouse Engineering and Construction. This role involves creating compelling designs across multiple platforms to support our marketing, branding, and communication strategies. The ideal candidate is a highly creative professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver on-brand visuals that align with our company's mission and goals.
What you will do :
- Transform written proposal content into persuasive proposal documents that align with Milhouse corporate brand standards, included but not limited to infographics, layout, covers, tabs, org charts and any other graphic solutions to support in the production of winning proposals.
- Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, and user conversions.
- Create marketing material that aligns with Milhouse corporate brand standards included but not limited to white papers, social media graphics, PowerPoints, event banners.
- Organize creative assets.
- Assist in creating and designing conversion-centered landing pages and other digital marketing web pages.
- Provide time estimates on all print and digital marketing design materials.

55,000 - $75,000 a year
The actual base pay depends upon many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
