What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at Mills Automotive Group?
The Mills Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level Accounting Professional to grow with our company. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of standard accounting practices, who is personable, has excellent communication skills, detail oriented, organized, who is able to multi-task, ability to work independently and as a Team Player with a strong focus on Guest satisfaction.
Job Duties: Assist in day to day and month end close accounting functions. Proficiency with Sage 100 and Quickbooks Accounting software. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Other Duties Include the following:
- ensure procedures and policies are followed
- ensure accurate input and documentation
- maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- accurate and timely processing
- reconciliation of transactions
- ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
The workdays and schedule for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm,
