Milt’s Mini Storage is a family-owned business that has served the Omaha metro for over 50 years! We are currently seeking a full-time Self-Storage Facility Manager.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
Job Requirements:
· Open and close the office adhering to posted business hours
· Ability to provide excellent customer service/sales skills
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must have a valid driver's license
· Ability to maintain accurate records for each tenant, including lease and all correspondence
· Collection skills for delinquent accounts
· Complete daily lot checks
· Clean vacant units, grounds and office
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn company’s user-friendly software
· Familiar with the use of a printer, scanner, and phone
· Process daily deposit and corresponding paperwork
· All candidates are subject to a background check and drug screening
Experience:
Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
