Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school providing exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students in a student home on campus.
As a key member of our team, you will provide a stable family-like environment, handling responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses must have been legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Salary : $43,825 - $165,000
