Role of Houseparents
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing approximately 8-12 students each. They provide a consistent family-like structure and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Drive students to activities and appointments
- Administer medication to students as needed
- Create a safe and welcoming home environment for students
- Handle household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
- Monitor students' behavior and report any concerns to school administrators

Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
