Milton Hershey School offers a unique opportunity to become part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students living on-campus student homes.
The ideal candidate is a married couple who have been legally married for at least two years, with a strong commitment to providing a family-like structure for students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. Initially, houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

Qualifications:
