Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools for students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The school provides a unique career path for married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and guide approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities include providing a consistent family-like structure, driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
Couples are initially assigned to different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage

- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
