Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, providing a unique education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license, ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services
