Role Overview
- Live on campus with your spouse as flex houseparents and provide a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students.
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage.
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Salary : $43,925 - $165,000
