TEMPORARY POSITION through June 30th - possibility for continued employment.
Rate: $13.00/ HR
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Occasional weekend/holiday if necessary.

The Position:
The receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, residents and others. Answering phones and taking messages in a professional manner.
The Responsibilities:
- Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards.
- Provides assistance, guidance and direction to visitors and vendors. Ascertains the nature of their business; assists and/or directs visitors and patients to various locations in the facility when appropriate.
- Calls for security when necessary.
- Receives telegrams, messages, flowers, newspapers, and other items; notifies appropriate personnel. Maintains log of items received; delivers or arranges for the delivery of items to residents and appropriate personnel.
- Maintains directory and files on active and discharged residents, their location, resident status, and other pertinent information according to established procedure.
- Directs inquiries regarding resident condition to appropriate personnel.
- Assists in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies
- Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings.
- Attends meetings as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
The Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
2. Experience in a fast pace office with a multi-line phone (preferred)
