Duration : 4 Months with possibility of extension

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School or equivalent is preferred but not REQUIRED · Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers · Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math · Customer service orientation · Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers · Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact · Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position · Candidates Need to Be Local, Within 1 1 / 2 HOUR / (60 miles)
Driving Distance from Mason Location . Agencies will be billed $2,000 for missing equipment
Training Locations :
- Week 1 (12 / 16) : The training will be on-site (in person) during the first week. The physical location could be an office, training room, or other designated training space within the company.
- Weeks 2-4 : Training will transition to virtual for the subsequent weeks (likely due to the COVID-19 pandemic or as a part of a flexible work policy).
o Week 2 & 3 : Virtual training for phone support, possibly requiring agents to practice taking calls while remotely connected to the training system.
o Week 4 : Virtual classroom training, where there could be live instructor-led sessions or pre-recorded modules to reinforce training
