What are the responsibilities and job description for the Complex Manager Assistant position at Mineral Area CPRC?
The Complex Manager Assistant, assists the Complex Manager in looking after the apartment building and housing to make sure it is in good working order, looks clean and well-maintained and everything is in working order. The complex manager assistant will also assist in handling comments, complaints and requests from tenants and enforcing rules of occupancy. This staff member will also provide treatment plan specific interventions for each of the 8 clients, daily, and document these clinical interactions in clinical notes.
Complex Manager Assistant will be required to administer medication to clients if needed and also provide life saving measures in the event of an emergency. Level 1 Medication Aide (L1MA) and CPR First Aid will be provided to staff at no cost up front if needed.
