Minnesota Women’s Care is seeking dynamic, high energy Exercise Specialists to join our growing team in our newest location in Maplewood.
This position provides an opportunity to work in WomanWoRX, a division of Minnesota Women’s Care. WomanWoRX offers a collaborative fitness & wellness space that lends to comprehensive care, combining chiropractors, dietitians, exercise physiologists, physical therapists, and nurse practitioners to help women reach their unique health & wellness goals.
About the Practice
Join a collaborative women’s health practice, composed of 38 provider staff, ranging from OBGYNs, Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Dietitians. We have four clinic locations across the Twin Cities, serving women at all ages & stages of life.

Job Requirements
We are seeking instructors for HIIT, Yoga, Barre, and Pilates classes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Education, Health Promotion or similar program
- Certifications from ACSM, ACE or NASM
- Experience working with clinical and non-clinical populations
- Personal Training experience
- Group Training experience
- ACSM Exercise Physiologist certification preferred
- Has a basic knowledge of nutrition and human performance
- Has a basic knowledge of injury prevention and treatment
- Applicable group fitness certifications
- CPR & AED certifications
- Must be friendly, approachable, positive, and genuine
- Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class
- Passion for health & wellness a must!
Job Description:
- Teaching Fitness classes to women
- Personal Training
- Small Group Training
- Completing Fitness Assessments and drafting exercise prescriptions/plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide behavior change modifications and exercise counseling to patients and members
- Assisting Chiropractors and Physical Therapists following patient appointments to lead stretching and post appointment exercises
- Working in both a clinical and gym setting where you collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team taking on a variety of day to day tasks to keep the business operating smoothly
