Now hiring a Forklift Operator for a distribution company in Cincinnati for 1st shift, 8am – 4pm.
Weekly pay at $18.50 per hour.
The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe operations of a forklift and cherry picker to accurately pull and stock orders.
Job Duties:
- Operate a forklift or cherry picker safely and efficiently to move materials and products around the facility.
- Receive inbound products from trucks and verify contents match those on bills of lading.
- Load materials onto trucks, ensure they are properly secure, and document on bills of lading.
- Stack and arrange materials in designated locations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to avoid material overages/shortages.
- Inspect equipment prior to use to identify potential hazards, notifying a supervisor of any findings.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy equipment.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
