Information Management - PMO Manager

• Having attention to detail and the ability to multitask in managing portfolio of projects with different stakeholders and Scrum teams.
• Must love working with people since this role will be providing mentorship and coaching to Scrum teams.
• To be a major influencer of change, since this role will be pivotal in influencing stakeholders and teams to buy into the scrum framework and agile transformation and practices.
• Must be forthright in advocating for a work environment of collaboration, continuous improvement and adaptive planning.
• To have the ability to create and refine agile framework, which includes sprint planning, agile project management and development process.
• In-Depth knowledge is required of all Mission Fed departmental and security policies and procedures, as well as federal regulations application to the position, including BSA requirements.

Here is what we are looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, demonstrating extensive knowledge and success is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in leading agile transformations and coaching Scrum Masters is highly desired.

Base Pay/Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

• Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
