THIS IS A FULL-TIME, SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SUMMER 2025 SEASON (APRIL THROUGH THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER)
Mission Point Resort, Mackinac Islands’ only full service, casual resort is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of DRA (Dining Room Attendant). This full time/seasonal position is located on Mackinac Island and offers competitive pay, housing, other perks. The ideal applicant will possess an upbeat attitude, and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Dining Room Attendant, you will fill a key role with an industry-recognized leader in hospitality services. It is a priority of this position to ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This individual will perform a variety of activities including assisting servers with filling beverage glasses, running food, clearing tables, making sure items are stocked, all to ensure a consistent and excellent experience for the guests. This position reports directly to the F&B Outlet Supervisor and F&B Outlet Managers.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Working knowledge of how POS Systems operate
- Proactive approach, with exceptional initiative and problem-solving abilities to ensure the highest level of productivity.
- Ability to live and work on Mackinac Island seasonally
