THIS IS A FULL-TIME, SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SUMMER 2025 SEASON (APRIL THROUGH THE END OF OCTOBER)
Mission Point Resort, Mackinac Islands' only full service, casual resort is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Employee Housing Attendant. This full time/seasonal position is located on Mackinac Island and offers competitive pay, housing, other perks. The ideal applicant will have one or more years of experience as a housekeeper, possess an upbeat personality, and have experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of the Employee Housing Attendant is to ensure that the highest standards for cleanliness, safety and sanitation are maintained throughout our employee housing. This individual will ensure that employee requests are responded to promptly, and will perform a variety of activities to ensure a clean, orderly and attractive environment within all employee spaces.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School or equivalent education with a minimum of one year of experience as a housekeeper preferred.
- Ability to develop detailed and specific procedures and processes outlining the steps to follow in completing department and/or project tasks
- Be an enthusiastic, helpful and positive member of the team
