Our client, a well-known alternative investment management company, is looking for a Tax Accounting and Compliance professional to join their team! Responsibilities of this position include preparing workpapers for tax submission, preparing and reviewing K-1s, performing fund allocations, calculating taxable income, and reviewing trial balances. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in public/private tax for an alternative investment firm, a strong understanding of alternative investment funds, and the ability to work on a remote basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Review and coordination of partnership tax allocations
- Coordinating, preparing, and reviewing corporate tax provisions
- Preparing and submitting K-1s
- Analyzing tax compliance process for tax reporting purposes
Salary : $65 - $70
