We are one of the largest furniture retailers in the state, and still growing strong! Our broad selection appeals to all home furnishing styles and budgets, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, and spas. Requirements

Have a passion for home decor and interior design
Excel in goal oriented sales and performance metrics
Display high energy with a passion to succeed and to become a valued team member
Embrace training and continually improve knowledge
Self-motivated and strong Team player
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proven furniture sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement
Interior Designer experience is a plus, but not a requirement
College degree or some college is a plus, but not a requirement
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Ability to lift light furniture for client viewing and/or loadouts
Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment
Available 40 hours/week, with some evenings required, plus weekends and most holidays to accommodate client shopping traffic

Excellent earning potential with top Sales Professionals exceeding $100,000 annually. The average annual income is $40,000 - $70,000.
Training period guarantee is $14.00/hour, with up to $18.00/hour advance on commissions post training
Bonus incentives are available beyond standard commissions
