- The Director of Analytics will lead the data analytics team, aligning analytics and business intelligence strategies to meet the organization’s vision and goals.
- Reporting to the VP of Technology and Innovation, this role involves developing and enhancing analytics tools and fostering data-driven decision-making across the company.
- Act as a subject matter expert on analytical methods and strategy.
- Lead and mentor the analytics team, supporting skill development and team growth.
- Promote data-driven decisions in consumer analytics, marketing, and investments.
- Define and measure business KPIs and build data stories for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Assess growth opportunities and manage analytics for optimized business performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance departmental effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years in data analytics or warehousing, with 5 years in a Director role.
- Experience building cross-functional analytics teams and managing projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Python, and others.
- Skilled in data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Teradata) and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
