Pay Range:$45.57-$65.10/Hrs
Description
Provide comprehensive and accurate assessments for patients across all stages of growth and development.
Demonstrate proficient clinical skills in direct patient care and emergency procedures.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care and progress.
Exhibit professionalism and a commitment to ongoing clinical and professional growth.
Ensure patient satisfaction by responding professionally and courteously to patients and families.
Follow safety protocols, including patient identification and safe transfer techniques.
Support pre-admission testing and evaluate orders for appropriateness.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough and systematic patient assessments.
Deliver competent nursing care tailored to NICU patients.
Document nursing processes and patient outcomes effectively.
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with guidelines.
Ensure safe practice by adhering to national patient safety goals.
Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and post-operative care.
Contribute to the team by prioritizing patient care based on needs and condition changes.
Qualifications
1 year of experience in a similar role.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Required.
Registered Nurse (RN) License - Required.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification - Required.
RNC-NIC Certification - Preferred.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
