Title: Associate Director of Nursing
Location: Northeastern Region (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay Range:$58.80-$84.00/Hrs
Description
Assumes shift responsibility for patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Promotes health system service standards and fosters a patient-focused, caring environment.
Collaborates and respects physician colleagues, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
Develops and monitors unit budgets and staffing schedules.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory and professional standards of care.
Facilitates support services essential to patient care.
Utilizes results from satisfaction surveys to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain current knowledge of regulatory and professional standards.
Develop quality improvement programs and instruct staff on new standards.
Monitor unit operational performance metrics and manage budgets.
Establish nursing care standards and evaluate staff compliance.
Participate in the planning process for the service and unit.
Educate and evaluate staff on department procedures and systems.
Develop retention strategies and opportunities for staff growth.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
Minimum of three years of nursing experience, including supervisory experience.
Demonstrated Leadership, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills Required.
