Description :
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Search Engine Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing efforts.
This role includes website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), and performance marketing analysis to improve online visibility and user engagement.
The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and collaborate with teams to achieve measurable improvements in ROI and online presence.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee website maintenance and optimization to ensure excellent user experiences and industry standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical improvements.
Monitor and improve key SEO performance indicators, such as click rates and bounce rates, to maximize ROI.
Create user-friendly dashboards using tools like data visualization software to track performance and present insights.
Analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social media, SEM, and digital display, for optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing goals and test innovative strategies.
Conduct competitor analysis and recommend actionable improvements to enhance marketing outcomes.
Implement A / B testing and continuous monitoring to optimize campaigns and website performance.
Generate and transform data using SQL queries for in-depth analysis.
Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in website optimization, SEO, and performance marketing.
Proven expertise in SEO best practices and campaign performance improvements.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency with tools such as analytics platforms and data visualization software.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Desired Skills :
Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with A / B testing methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to measure campaign success.
Compensation : Pay Range : $66500K-$95000K
