Summary of the Role:
The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing marketing content across various platforms to effectively engage target audiences and drive brand awareness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for various channels including YouTube, website, social media, CRM, and sales training. Content may include but not limited to product content (walkarounds, conquest videos, product feature videos), influencer partnerships, Dealer spotlights, and Owner spotlights.
- Coordinate content creation process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and target audience preferences.
- Partner with agency partner(s) to develop strategy, content planning and production.
- Develop content calendar, outlining key model and USPs, topics, and channels to activate.
- Monitor performance and trends to develop and optimize content awareness and visibility.
- Work closely with Product Planning, MRDA, Legal, and other Marketing areas to ensure product accurate content that will resonate with key audience segments.
- Implement content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement across digital platforms, including YouTube, Mitsubishi Academy, social media, website and CRM.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all content and images are accurate, product correct, grammatically correct, consistent with brand strategy, and compliant with Company policies and appropriate laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and monitor assets on Ad Planner for proper categorization, accurate descriptions and valid usage dates.
- Assist on various projects as assigned.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet stated deadlines while delivering quality results.
- A full-time work schedule of at least 40 hours per week is expected.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-6 years previous marketing experience at the exempt level. Advertising and/or media agency experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university, or 5 years related experience in marketing, advertising, media, communications or related field.
- Advanced verbal / written communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain a valid unconditional drivers' license and MMNA approved driving record. Some travel required.
