Position provides administrative support to the company's Senior Executives as below. Deputy Head of Americas Chief Strategy & Administrative Officer/GM Americas Department Core Responsibilities: Maintain executive's schedule weekly co-working other executive assistant Update regular meeting agenda Coordinate meeting with HO or other regions Initiate expense payment tickets — fees, expense reimbursements, etc. Arrange/Book business trips Circulate documents from each department for executive's approval Track monthly budget expenses for senior executives Arrangement &preparation for the guests/visitors/Party/Social Events preparation &coordination Compliance related miscellaneous tasks Various administrative tasks i.e. copying, filing, faxing, and scanning Qualifications Fluent in Japanese At least 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience within Financial Services Experience supporting a C-Suite executive Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required Well-developed interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, self-motivated, team oriented, works well under pressure Time management and multitasking skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to assist in duties called upon at last minute notice Willingness to undertake new tasks Other requirements In accordance with New York City law, employees based in Mizuho’s New York City office are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to work on-site (unless a legally-required accommodation has been approved).
