Our client, a leading investment firm specializing in private equity, seeks an Executive Assistant to support their world class Investor Relations team in NYC. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative functions within the asset management/finance space. Experience in IR and/or investor events is ideal.
This role is in office 4 days/week in Midtown Manhattan, with 1 day/week remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars for senior members of the Investor Relations team.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.
- Communication Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Document Preparation: Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of presentation materials, reports, and other documents for investor meetings.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing investor events, roadshows, and fundraising activities, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and logistical support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000 - 130,000 base discretionary bonus
