Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to join our Investor Relations (IR) team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the asset management industry. The Executive Assistant will provide crucial administrative support to the IR team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with investors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the IR team, managing communication with investors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the IR team, including expense management, travel coordination, and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the IR team, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics coordination.
- Prepare and distribute materials for investor meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, presentations, and other investor communications.
- Maintain investor databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the planning and execution of investor events, roadshows, and conferences.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ASSET MANGEMENT SPACE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the asset management industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience with investor relations or financial services is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
