They are seeking an Associate Director to join their Finance & Operations team supporting a complex and rapidly growing platform across hybrid and opportunistic strategies.
This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to flagship funds, strategic partnerships, senior investment professionals, and institutional investors. You’ll take ownership of critical fund accounting processes, drive enhancements in reporting and operations, and play a key role in shaping scalable finance infrastructure for a global investment platform.
Job Description:
- Lead monthly and quarterly fund close processes, including review of NAV packages, performance analytics, and valuation oversight
- Calculate and review management and incentive fees across hedge fund and private equity-style structures
- Coordinate audits and support tax reporting, including review of annual financials and tax deliverables
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting in connection with public filings (10Q/10K)
- Oversee fund cash flows, investor reporting, and responses to investor inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams (Tax, Legal, Ops, IR, Front Office) and external partners (fund administrators, trustees)
- Track and analyze fund-level expenses, capital activity, and portfolio performance metrics
- Develop and enhance internal reporting packages used by senior leadership and corporate functions
- Contribute to high-impact ad hoc projects, including process improvements and strategic initiatives

Requirements:
5-9 Years of Audit Experience from a Big 4 Firm (with Fund Clients) OR Fund Accounting Experience
CPA or Parts Passed Preferred, Not Required
Investran Experience is Preferred, Not Required
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
