Treasury/Settlements Associate

We are working with an investment bank who is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Treasury/Repo Operations Associate to join their team. This role is critical in supporting the daily operational functions of a broker-dealer and providing strategic support to senior management. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in clearing, settlement, compliance, and regulatory operations within a broker-dealer environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily back-office operations and ensure timely support for senior management
• Oversee DTCC/FICC, Fedwire, and Euroclear activity
• Handle clearing for both proprietary trading and affiliate activity
• Supervise operational aspects of a U.S. repo matched book (Triparty/Bilateral) utilizing BNY Mellon BDC and AccessEdge systems
• Manage all facets of New Issue settlement
