Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and marketing operations across the sales team, including administration of our customer relationship management system (CRM), coordination of business travel arrangements and calendar management, facilitation of digital campaign reporting platforms, compiling metrics and data from marketing campaigns, and other duties as assigned. This position also provides light administrative support to the franchise heads.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and marketing operations across the sales team, including administration of our customer relationship management system (CRM), coordination of business travel arrangements and calendar management, facilitation of digital campaign reporting platforms, compiling metrics and data from marketing campaigns, and other duties as assigned. This position also provides light administrative support to the franchise heads.
Responsibilities
- Compiling weekly sales call report (from DAR), sales meeting notes, sales scoreboard, and pipelines
- Assist in real-time maintenance of Salesforce CRM: inputting client data, pulling reports, billing support
- Pull campaign reports and data as requested by the sales team
- Support sales team when they are in the field or at conferences as needed
- Assist in coordinating conference badges, booths, and hotel lodging with our internal team
- Attend and prepare for weekly sales and business unit meetings, report key action items and notes
- Coordinate creation of “sell sheets” for multi-client and other services working with marketing and the creative department
- Collect and track ad materials for the franchise publication each month to relay to the marketing and creative teams
- Coordinate and send publications to franchise contributors working with our in-house printer
- Light monthly maintenance of specified franchise section in the library
- Customer Service e-mails/phone calls as needed
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
