Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Cloud Platform Engineer with expertise in AWS technologies and claims processing to join our team. This position involves working in a 24 / 7 Production Support environment , ensuring seamless cloud operations and delivering robust solutions. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of experience in AWS tools and technologies, combined with healthcare domain knowledge, particularly in Medicare / Medicaid plans or platforms .
The position is remote but requires local availability for periodic client site visits in Hartford, CT .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24 / 7 production support for critical cloud-based applications and systems.
- Work extensively with AWS technologies, including :
Step Functions : Orchestrating serverless workflows.
